About this App

The App contains the list of attendees. These are the people who registered for your event and who are therefore eligible to access the virtual event. This is where you will manage the registration values, visibility and data integration as well.

Table

This is where the registration list will be populated. You can create new records, and import or export the data.

During the event, you are able to retrieve the magic link and share them with your attendees in need.

Before adding the attendee data, do head over to

to set up the relevant fields

There are 3 ways to add attendees to the People list:

1. Importing Attendees From CSV

To import attendees from a CSV file:

  1. Click on People in the main nav on the left.
  2. Click on Import at the top of the People grid.

  4. On the next screen, either download a sample CSV file to follow or upload your CSV file if you have it already.

  6. On the next screen, map the fields in your CSV file to the People fields.

  8. Next, choose whether you want to overwrite or skip duplicates which are found in your file.

  10. Click Next.
  11. That's it! You will be brought back to the People grid and you will see a progress bar at the top, indicating that the import is in progress and then completed.

2. Creating Attendees Manually

To create attendees manually:

  1. Click on People in the main nav on the left.
  2. Click on New at the top of the People grid.

  4. In the New record panel which appears on the right, fill in the fields with the required details.

  6. Once the fields are filled in, click on Save to create the record or Save and create another to create another record.

Fields

Apart from the default fields, if there are any to be imported/mapped to virtual platform, create new fields from here. We have the option to control the visibility of these fields at People Grid as well.

  1. Click Create Field
  2. Add Label Name
  3. Choose Field Type
  4. Then click Save

Integration

To integrate Virtual Platform and GEVME Reg:

  1. Go to People in the main nav on the left.
  2. Select Data Integration under people.
  3. Click on Add an Integration.
  4. Choose GEVME (Other Platforms are yet to come in available)

  1. Sign in to XPMGR GEVME Portal and select the event

  1. Map the fields accordingly.

Note: In order to send magic links from GEVME Reg, keep the Identifier field as Ticket No only.

  1. Next, choose whether you want to overwrite or skip duplicates.
  2. Click Next
  3. That's it! You will be brought back to the People grid and you will see a progress bar at the top, indicating that the data sync is in progress and then completed.

Note:

You can allow attendees to edit their registration details/ form in GEVME Reg. They will have option to login to GEVME Wallet, where they can edit the form.
